The icons in our shop are painted in egg tempera and gold leaf on prepared boards. They are custom designs by Tracy Councill, based on scripture, tradition, and historical iconography.
Multiple Figures and Complicated Scenes
Starting at $450
Icons with multiple people and complex subject matter are more challenging and take longer to create. These icons are often on larger boards, which are more costly to produce.
Large and Complex Icons
Starting at $500
Larger icons can accommodate more complex imagery and many figures. These are usually commissioned pieces, with subject matter, size and price negotiated on an individual basis.
